Outlook 2003 crash

I recently just installed Outlook 2003 to an XP SP2 PC.

Everything works fine apart from when I print an e-mail and then close the e-mail using the cross. Outlook crashes and wants you to send a report before re-starting. If I close the e-mail using File and then Close, it works fine. This happens every time without fail!

Any idea's?

Then install any related Office service packs again.

Still the same problem.
