Outlook 2003 Contacts not showing in Search

We have a user that has her boss's mailbox added to her Outlook. She uses the "Look For" bar to find contacts as needed. Resently the "Look For" bar has stopped retrieving the valid contacts. How do we make it so she can search his contacts again? Permissions are set the way they need to be. She has full access.

Any thoughts or idea are appriciated and welcome.
