Outlook 2003 - Contact list won't show in 'Select Names' window 1

I have 2 contact lists. One for my default mailbox, and a second that is for a shared mailbox. From the Contacts window both contact lists are visible and accessible.

Unfortunately, only my default contact list shows up in the 'Select Names' window that appears when selecting 'To' in an email. Any suggestions?

Right-click on the Contacts folder in the folder list and select properties.

Find and check the "Show as address book" box.
