Outlook 2003 cant recieve attachments

Everyone on my network can recieve an email with an attachment except for one outlook client. Its likely just a setting somewhere that will fix it but I dont know where it is. When a message with an attachment is sent to the malfunctioning outlook client a standard delivery failure notice is returned.....

I almost forgot....the attachment is just an excel spreadsheet so its nothing that is supposed to be blocked.

Sounds like your user's mailbox on the server is full and they need to delete some.

You didn;t say if you use Exchange server or who your email provider is, but I do not believe the problem has anything to do with Outlook.

I think your right about that. I just checked his inbox and its almost empty, however he has created an elaborate file system in his personal files for emails about each student in the school. Of course several other things, like attachments, are abound as well in his archives. I am having him print the stuff out for hard copy storage and then delete all the junk. I even gave him new toner just in case. Thank you for verifying my actions as the right course.
