Outlook 2003 calender problem with exchange

I have had two users recently come to me with the same problem

They get a copy of a shared calendar in the my calendars section of outlook 2003, also the correct shared calendar in the other calendars section, which is what l expect.

When the user logs off and on again the problem seems to go away and the calendars are fine.

All l want to know is this a glitch or should l start to get worried about now.
