For some reason, a user can not create a appointment. Tried right clicking and selecting 'New Appointment' - No Good. Tried clicking 'New' then 'Appointment' on the menu - No Good.

This user also administrates her supervisor's calendar thru the shared calendar method. She is able to create appointments there.

Right now I am going to do a repair on the Office Pro. Maybe that will clear things up. I will be checking TEK TIPS later in hopes of a resolution.
 
Is she receiving an error message or anything that might lend a clue as to what is happening?

Without an error message, it's going to be hard to pinpoint a reason (and therefore finding a resolution). You're probably on the right track to run the repair and see if that will fix it.

I had a user with a similar issue the other day and had to do the same thing - which miraculously cleared up the problem. But there was no way to identify what caused the problem and therefore no way to prevent it from happening again. *sigh*

Repairing has seemed to correct the problem. However, I still have no idea what the promblem was.
