outlook 2003 calendar items disappear

Hi,

I'm in an exchange environment. Usually when you send someone a meeting invite the appointment should go straight into their calendar unless they decline or delete the item.

One user has the invite go into his calendar for around 5 minutes, then disappear without him doing anything.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

Are you working in cached exchange mode? I had a user with a similar problem... taking him off cached exchange mode and deleting his OST file then restting and allowing it to re-create did the trick... bit of corruption there.
