Users are having an issue where they are able to open a calendar appointment but if they minimize it and try opening another one, Outlook stops responding. If they close the first appointment, everything works fine. performing ms updates for office/outlook, uninstalling/reinstalling office 2003 professional doesn't work. Also, they all have cisco meetingplace for outlook installed. Not sure if that is the culprit or not. Any suggestions? No errors are associated with this issue. Outlook stops responding almost immediately. OS is winxp 2002 sp3, DELL 1 GB RAM, approx 75 GB HD. several different users at a company so workstations may be slightly different config.
