Outlook 2003 Cached mode

Hey all,

I am familiar with how/why you would choose to use Chached mode and an OST.

What I am unsure about, is what folders within the Exchange mailbox are included in the offline file by default? I had assumed that the Define Send/Receive settings (which folders are ticked) decided which folders were included in the OST.

however, I seem to have a couple of clients who have a hierachy of folders, not ticked, but that are available off line? Is this right?
