Outlook 2003 - Automation error??

One of my clients is running Outlook 2003 with a program written in FoxPro 2.6. When our program tries to write to the Tasks or Calendar folders in Outlook 2003, they're getting the following error "Automation error: specified module not found", it then kicks the client out of our program.

Any ideas? I greatly appreciate it!!
