Since our company upgraded to Exchange Server 2003/Outlook 2003 Enterprise Edition, users that run the AutoArchive feature lose a majority of the data in Outlook Today and the Archive Folder. In Outlook Today, all of the emails/calendar items, etc. are moved to the Deleted Items folder in the Archive File (.pst). Items in the Archive File are deleted and must be recovered. We've changed all of the AutoArchive settings to not delete files, move them to the correct location in the .pst file, and even shut off the AutoArchive feature, to no avail. No Rules have been set on the machines having this issue. Our Exchange Server does not have a Retention Policy currently set that I am aware of. We contacted Microsoft but they refused to assist in problem resolution. Has anyone else encountered this problem with Exchange Server 2003/Outlook 2003?
