The president came by and asked me to setup Autoarchiving on his Outlook 2003 a couple weeks back.. so I did so, selecting that every 14 days, Outlook should move all emails 3 months and older from his various boxes (incl. inbox) from our Exchange server to a local PST Archive.
He came by today after he'd been prompted to archive today and all emails older than 3 months had simply disappeared.
I confirmed that all boxes are directed to use "default autoarchive settings" .. and that those default settings specify as I said above.. not to delete, but to move everything. Ive also confirmed that the archive folders .PST in the sidebar is the same one that Autoarchive is supposed to put everything in..
Ive found a number of much older (2004, 2005) emails within the Archive subfolders.. but nothing recent..
any suggestions?
thanks,
Brett
