Outlook 2003 attachment

I have a question, we just updated all our outlooks from 2000 to 2003, talk about a different inferface.... anyways, when sending an email how to i make the attachment line show? If i include a file it just throws it into the text of the body. Anyone know how to make the attachemnt line (right below TO:CC show?

I have noticed it depends on which format you are using.

Plain Text & HTML put it the new line the way you want and Rich Text just inserts it in the document.
