Why Outlook 2003 Application stop working?

What does it say in the Event Viewer? What have you attempted to do? Are you running an Exchange Server? What OS? What else is running? Need more information

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

I solved the problem. Certificate is not being created or activate. There is run-time error in the code too.
