Outlook 2003 and new user in Exchange 2003

After adding a new user to my active directory in server 2003 I tried to setup the client's outlook after logging in with the new user's username and outlook tells me that the username does not match name in address book. I cannot get out look to get past this message, therefor I cannot get into options, properties or preferences. I have verified the username and the groups this new user belongs to is correct.

You will sometimes need to leave a few minutes between a/c creation and setting up a profile - the email assresses are not created straight away.

try sending an email to that address and see if you get a non-delivery report.

Worst case scenario, right click user and delete mailbox using exchange tasks - then just recreate.
