My user has scheduled a meeting using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. She then went to update the list of people attending the meeting not the time and the computer says that the meeting room is already booked? Is this a Outlook 2003 bug? I could see if she was changing the time to the meeting that it could be booked but this meeting is already scheduled and she is just changing the people attending. Why is this happening. Trying to Google this out but so far no answers.
