Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5

Can anyone help with a problem we have with trying to get outlook 2003 running with exchange 5.5.

After upgrading from outlook 2002 to 2003 we now get the error message "The microsoft Exchange server is unavailable. There are network problems or the exchange server is down".

When configuring the email accounts outlook recognises the server and user account fine.

I have had a look at other threads and updated the registry to include the RPC key as suggested in thread 10-718219. This still does not solve the problem.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?
