Greetings,

I have done everything I can think of to try and diagnose this problem, other than reinstall ACT. I am too stubborn to do that yet, so here goes!

In Outlook, under tools/options/ACT, you can find the "History Options" button. Normally, when you click this button, another form comes up and lets you specify your history options - Date/Time, Date/Time/Subject, etc.

When clicking this button, however, the following error appears:

I have run the detect/repair utility for Office 2003, reset the ACT Address Book for Outlook, and a few other various tweeks. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes to all - just one machine in our environment.

If you mean by removing/adding the ACT Extension in Outlook, then yes.

There is definitely something up with this machine - I can not even uninstall 90% of the software applications through control panel, nor does ACT's own uninstall utility work. Perhaps there is a connection with this and the ACT-Outlook problem, but who knows. A fresh image is what the doctor orders for this PC - thank you for the feedback!
