Hi All,
At one of the places i look after they have a peer to peer network set up. One of the workers has moved desks and so needed her email set up on a new pc. I set up the email account (Outlook 2003) so it sends and receives mail OK. I exported and imported her Inbox to the new machine and all e-mail and contacts came accross Fine.
However when she tries to open her address book there are no entries. I tried importing and exporting again--- same result. Tried setting up an additional address book and ticking the Show this folder as an e-mail address book in the properties of the contacts list but still no entries in the address book.
Tried doing a search on the orginal pc for the address book but could not find it. It is there however if you open up outlook on the original machine and click on the address book it opens and it's full of names.
I did a search for *.pab but nothing showed up.
Any body else have any ideas what to try next ?

Regards
Max

don't use the .pab in 2003..... export the contents of the .pab to your Contacts... do not use the personal address book..
