I have a employee that when he receives a new email if you are looking at the screen you see it flash up as new and bold and them immediatly turns normal like he has read this. Preview pane is not on. What is causing every email to not be bold. You can also hear the sound that is made when new mail arrives, but the message has been marked as read.
