I have a user that, when sending out a group email with an attachment or without one, will inevitably get an email back that starts off stating "Invalid final delivery userid". That will follow with a list of addresses of some of the recepients, and then finish with the statement"[message truncated]". It appears everyone receives the email, so we have no idea what the returned email means. Our email provider is blaming Outlook 2002. I've been unable to find anything @ Microsoft on this or anywhere else.

We had a similar situation once. The only difference is that none of our recipients received message.

It turned out that the group email address (and the members) were created while using Exchange 5.x server. Then we have moved away from Exchange by using MDaemon.

We had to re-entry the addresses and make them SMTP type and it worked.

Not sure whether this is your problem. Just thought to share our experiences.
