I have a user that is running office xp. Just recently she is unable to attach zip files to the email. When she goes to Insert|File it opens the browse window just fine. She then navigates to the folder and selects the zip file she wishes to send. The problem is that it does nothing when she clicks on the zip file. She can attach .doc and .xls and other files just fine but it does not allow her to select the .zip file to attach. There are no errors or anything it just does not allow her to select the file.
Has anyone seen this? Looking for any input on this. I have checked on the net but have yet to find anything. I just wanted to see if there is something I am missing or if I need to do a repair or reinstall.
