Does anyone know if Outlook 2002/XP is compatible with Kerberos/NTLMv2 authentication and if so, which registry keys do I need to make the change from NTLM to Kerberos/NTLMv2.

As far as I know, you don't need to change anything. XP will automatically use Kerberos when it's communicating with Active Directory machines. If it's communicating with machines that don't support Kerberos (9x or workgroup) it uses NTLM.
