My Outlook 2002 has quit sending or receiving email. My email works with Netscape.
I have uninstalled - done a "search and destroy" for anything containing Outlook - edited the registry and removed all Outlook references - reinstalled starting with Office 97 then 2000 then XP.
My identity still exists. It will prompt that the pst file cannot be found instead of creating a new one.
My theory is that if I remove the identity, then Outlook will start from scratch and build a new pst file. I could then import the old data and get on with my life.
Any Suggestions?
