We recently upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to 2003. We use Outlook 2002 (XP) with SP3. Some of our users find that when they print, instead of their name printing in bold at the top they get the path to their account in Active Directory.

eg instead of 'Ed Mozley' they would get something like

/O=XXX/OU=YYY/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=MOZLEYE

If that user logs in another machine it is fine so I am pretty sure it is the way Outlook has been installed although all settings appear to be the same.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Ed
