I have an issue with OLK 2002 (XP) every time this user opens several emails, one after another, his OLK client will start peaking the processor until it reaches 100%, and eventually, OLK stops responding. I tried removing and reinstalling, scanned for viruses and spyware, but no results, and everything else is working great on the machine. What else could it be?? The client is XP Pro SP1 and OLK is Office 2002 SP3.
