Outlook 2002 sp2 offline emails not in sent items

Hi

I have a user that is sending emails when offline. The emails are queued in "outbox".

When he connects to the network the emails are sent, however they do not appear in his sent items...

Emails when sent online are saved in the sent items though?!

I have recreated the outlook profile for the user but the problem still occurs.

I have looked all through the send receive offline settings and can not see anything relevant?

The OS is Windows XP professional SP1

Outlook 2002 SP 2

Exchange 2003
