Outlook 2002 -Shortcut to "Create New Mail" for different accounts

I have Outlook 2002 and would like to create a few shortcuts for one of the toolbars so that I can click on an icon (shortcut) to open my email editor for a New Message so that it is already set to specific account.

Any ideas?
