I have a problem with one of my user's mailboxes in an Exchange 2000 environment.
This user is unable to visibly see any messages within the sent items folder. If you right click (sent items), select properties and click folder size button the folder stats displayed show approx 49Mb are being used.
It is not related to the local copy of Outlook. I have connected to this mailbox on another PC replicating the problem.
One intresting thing i have done is export this mailbox to a *.pst file and upon looking in this file, all sent items are visible.
Short of removing this user's mailbox and re-importing from a export, i am at a bit of a dead end as i haven't found to much on the net relating to this issue. I am interested if someone else has found a resolution for this problem.
Any suggestions welcome
