Help...
i have a remote user that is capable of sending mail to anyone but she is unable to receive mail and there's no message sent back to the sender that the mail is "undeliverable" so the sender doesn't even realize that the message wasn't received. The person that's experiencing this problem only knows because she communicates w/people in other branches around the country on a daily basis via email and it's been too quiet...has anyone got any suggestions on what's causing this blip??? Please let me know ASAP - tried everything I can think of including deleting her old account from the server, all the way and creating a new one...still doesn't work.
thanks for any help at all.

Well first thing I would do is check here POP3 server and make sure that's correct and that she can ping it. I have seen also at times where the DNS configuration is wrong and the POP3 server is say mail4.ab.tac.net....well of course this won't work but 210.x.x.x would. Those are some starting points for ya.
