Outlook 2002 preview pane - form submission

Outlook (2002 with latest patches) seems to have a quirk that I havn't found an explanation of yet.

The preview pane seems to allow form submission but not on the first try. The initial submission needs the email to be opened in it's own seperate window. After that, submitting from the preview pane works fine.

We are planning to send out an html email form to about 60 people and are concerned about this bug (if it is that).
