Hi,

I've Exchange 2000 and outlook 2002. I've created a pst file and place it on my hard drive which have a lot of space left. I've been moving email from my server inbox to my personal folder. And this morning it would not let me moves any more email to pst. Message "Item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied". The size of the pst folder is now 1.92Gb, is there a problem with size limit in pst? if it true, is there way to resolve this issue. Any helps would be truly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin

Microsoft's professed limit is 2GB, but 90% of the time you'll have problems like the one you're experiencing well before you reach that size. Break that folder up.

Is the latest xp service pack fis this issue?

Thanks,

Kevin

Nope. As a matter of fact, even MS recommends not using personal folders, due to this limitation and the fact that they're so fragile.
