Outlook 2002 Not Sending or Receiving Any E-Mails.

I had to completely reload a user's PC (everything was reloaded off CD, -the OS, Office, all drivers, etc.) after a virus infection and now Outlook 2002 is not sending or receiving any e-mails. The "Send and Receive" functionality acts like it is working, but no new e-mails can be received or sent from it. I uninstalled Office and then re-installed it again but it didn't fix it, still the same...

Any ideas???

What settings are you using? Is this Internet mail or Exchange?

It is MS Exchange 2003 Server, being accessed by Outlook XP. Turns out that upgrade to Office SP3 appears to have fixed it. Hopefully... I just did the upgrade so it's too soon to tell if any other weird issues may arise. Thanks.
