We are currently running Office XP with all service packs installed and I have several users with the same problem. Outlook 2002 will no longer process incoming mail automatically. We are connecting to an Exchange 2000 server and the settings are to send and receive automatically when connected. The odd part is that if a user selects a different folder other than the Inbox and then goes back, he will notice several emails spanning over time. Changing the settings to do scheduled Send/Receive doesn't seem to help either. Any help would be appreciated.
