I'd had to reinstall windows over itself and have ended up with two problems. I've had to do this in the past on someone else's system and had no issues but can't remember what I did differently.
Anyhow here's the scoop.
1) I have an information store issue. In the folder listing, I have Outlook Today: Personal folders, with all my current email files but I also have a nameless folder above it that I cannot close. When I try, I get an error indicating that the information store cannot be located.
2) Probably the same issue but a different aspect of it, I cannot remove the reference to the old contacts list from the address book interface.
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks in advance.
