This question may have a real simple answer because I may be overlooking the obvious....

The receptionist has some how changed her font to pink whenever someone replies to a message or she replies to message. This would be okay, but we work with 100 men and 15 women. (The men dont like to reply in pink.)

We use Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2002. The only place I can find an option to change the font color is at Tools > Options > Fonts button. All of her fonts are set to 10 pt. Arial with black as the color. Is there somewhere else where the font & colors can be changed?

Thanks!

Not that I am aware of. Is the client using stationary? What mail formats does it affect?

The client is not using stationary. It is set to blank. It doesnt matter what format the mail is in, the font is in pink.

open an email message and then click on TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> GENERAL... on the bottom right there should be a email options... in there you can change the appearance of your fonts depending on whether it is a new message, or if it is responding or forwarding...

actually - now that i have typed all that in; i am on outlook 2000 so this may not be the same for you... however it may give you a direction to go in...

good luck

Are they using Word as the e-mail editor? Perhaps she changed the font in the Word.

Thanks for all the tips! I finally solved the problem by checking "Use Microsoft Word to edit emails messages" under options > mail format.
