Outlook 2002 - Font size changes when email is sent

After sending an email, some parts of the text within the mail are larger than they should be. I have changed the mail format to plain text or HTML but hasn't solved the problem.This only happens every now and again but is very annoying. Any ideas would be very welcome.

Try running Detect and Repair.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
