I am running Exchange 2000 and Outlook XP. When E-mail is sent usually through a dist. list and person sending the E-mail is copied, the E-mail disappears. So, I send an E-mail to a group and I am in the group. It does not show in my Outlook. However, if I go to OWA it does show up in deleted items. There are no rules in place to move or delete the E-mail. We do also have Symantec Anti-Virus and Anti-spam running. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Blocked by Exchange admin. (domain setup).

We do this to limit the user's ability to have 53 copies of the same message in their Exchange folder. (The messages usually have attachements just under the legal limit, they can't figure out how to get a message from their Sent items, but they can figure out the max. attachement size?!?)

OWA is configured seperate from Client/Server Exchange, the fact that you can see it is probably an oversight on the Admins part.

To confrim you can Recover Deleted Items, you should be able to see the email that you sent.
