Before I switched computers, e-mail messages from coworkers (and most likely customers) would appear in my inbox only seconds after they were sent. Now, using a new computer, I have to perform some action in Outlook before any messages appear - any action works, ie, clicking on a different folder, or creating a new message.
I've compared my setting to other computers that are working properly but haven't found the solution.
Any thoughts?
