Outlook 2002 closes itself upon choosing Recover Deleted items

Hi, I am running Exch 5.5 sp4 and for one of the user Outlook (2002) closes itself as soon as the user chooses "Recover Deleted Items". This happens on any PC regardles of the user accesing email under his profile or myself (as admin) accesses his outlook email and try using "Recover Deleted Items". Any ideas??. Please let me know.

Do a repair on Office from the CD. Then apply service packs. Then remove and recreate the MAPI profile.

Should cure your woes.
