I am using Outlook 2002 and when I send a message to a email address it seems to be stored in a cache for the TO: line. Right now some of the information is incorrect is there a way to clear this cache out?
You can clear this by getting rid of the .NK2 file for your profile, it can be found (usually) in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Bear in mind that this folder is hidden by default.
When you next start Outlook, a new .NK2 file will be created.
