Outlook 2002 autopreview for new emails only?

Hello,

My situation is that I once had auto preview on.. and then turned it off.

Now every new email I recieve has the auto preview for it.... no other emails..

I can turn the auto preview off of that new email and then close outlook.. and open.. and still new emails are auto preview...

Auto preview setting is confirmed off
