I am using Outlook 2002 at home, with a broadband connection. At this stage I have not applied Service Pack 1 for Office XP. My problem relates to the use of the automatic send/receive facility - can't seem to get it to work using my set-up - has anyone else experienced this - I know it worked in previous version of Outlook, ideally I would like not to have to hit the send/receive button every 15 minutes - just get it working automatically. Appreciate any ideas. Thanks
