This is a wierd one. We are on Exchange Server 2003, and this machine is running Outlook 2002, networked on a domain. The archives are kept on a different network server. If you browse to the folder on the data server you can see the file and it's size shows at 106MB. When you try to open the archive from within Outlook you find no emails at all contained therein, and the properties of the archive show 0MB. Is this a server problem or an account settings problem? Don't really know where to start as we have never seen this problem before.

go to open another folder
select the server drive location for the archive folder and it should open it up
the archive folder you normally see on the local is just that local, you need to look at your data management files location

What does "go to open another folder" mean? Can you please be a bit more specific with your directions? I'm afraid I don't quite understand your post. All our archives are set to store on a data server that is separate from the Exchange server, and we do not allow local data stores.

Thanks!
