When printing emails from some users accounts it is picking up the incorrect user name.
For example you print an email off and at the very top of the email you have your user name and it is underlined by a thick black line. On some accounts it is picking up another user name and that's what appears on the print outs and on print preview.
The only place where we can see that this is being picked up from is tools | options | preferences | email options | mark my comments with, within here it is showing the incorrect user name, we have tried changing it, having it blank and disabling it, but to no avail. We have also deleted the server based profile and the local profile and searched the registry for any trace of the user name it picks up.
We are using Outlook 2002 on Win2k Pro.
Any ideas??
David
