Outlook 2002 and turning on an option

In Outlook 2002, where is the option to turn *on* the warning "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"

That should be 'built-in' to Outlook 2002. I don't know of any way to turn it off. See

Are you saying that you don't get this message when another program tries to access outlook's contacts?

Yep, it's only happening on one machine here.... I'd like to add it to the others if possible.

What program is accessing Outlook's contacts and are these contacts really stored in Outlook 2002 or are they shared on an Exchange server or something?
