Outlook 2000

I am having a problem with outlook 2000. It is hanging on the splash screen when it opens up. I tried reinstalling office, to no avail. Removed and reinstalled office, to no avail. Now I was going to try and remove office and go through the registry and remove anything I find that is pointing to outlook. Anyone ever run into this or have any ideas?

ReInstall your current OS-98,2K or whatever you will not lose any data in the process and then go from there. This should correct your problems. Good Luck

No need to reinstall the operating system! I found this article in the MS KB and it worked!
