Outlook 2000

HI

I am having a small problem with Outlook on a Exhange network. When viewing postings of other peoples calendars most of the options under Edit are greyed out and therefore I cannot select Copy To Folder to copy thier dairy content to mine.

Any Help.

Sorry....
I'm sure you meant "diary content".

Anyway, you must have proper permission to be able to do things. Go to one of those persons and ask to see what permissions they've given you on their calendar. They may have given you only READ permissions...
