We have recently upgraded to Outlook 2000.

We have found a couple of users where there personal folders become locked during the upgrade - even though they insist they did not have a password on them in 97.

Is this an Outlook 2000 or Exchange problem.

Thanks a lot.

I had this problem before, I don't know how it happened
but what I had to do was import the .pst file to their
mail box, and I think I had to go in as administrator
to do it, it was a while back and I can't really remember
what I did sorry!.....But I hope this helps a bit. Jay~

If its broken, just leave it and hope someone else fixs it!
