Is it possible to setup Outlook 2000 to automatically send a predefined email say once a week without resorting to a complicated macro or vbscript. I have trawled countless ref material and microsoft are no help.
Is this possible with out resorting to an SBS/Exchange Server install just for one lousy email?

This one was floating around earlier. If you want to send the same e-mail every week to one person or a DL within an exchange server, let me know as it can be done in an ASP page, with Task Manager automatically running it each week.

There is a simpler way, I just dont know it.

No, thats the whole problem, I dont want to use an exchange server just for this email. If it is not possible I'll just have to have a recurring task to remind me to manually send it but if anything else comes to mind it would be appreciated.

you can download a program called 'Macro Magic'. Now dont worry, I think like myself you hate writing macros, I havent a clue how to do it for specific things like that, but this program is simple and has a good user interface, you just pick your program or file or action you want to run and how often you want to run it etc. Its really simple and works a treat.
I dont think there is a way to do what you want without Exchange or a piece of 3rd party software.
here is the address to download from...
good luck! Jay~
